  1. Best part to sum it up! However, way easier said than done!

Every flicker of ‘power’, which they believe they have, must and does come from us, via our compliance, our signatures, and our fear. This has been a case of ‘give them an inch and they’ll take a mile’. How best to deal with a bully? Face him and say, “NO!”

    • Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high
There’s a land that I’ve heard of once in a lullaby.
Somewhere over the rainbow, skies are blue
And the dreams that you dare to dream,
      Really do come true.

Someday I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me.
Where troubles melt like lemon drops,
      High above the chimney tops,
      That’s where you’ll find me.

Somewhere over the rainbow, blue birds fly
      Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then, oh why can’t I?
If happy little bluebirds fly beyond the rainbow
      Why, oh why can’t I?
